Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quik Yin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quik Yin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aiden White!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yin tries for a takedown but White sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

White clinches.

White breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

White instigates a clinch.

White drags the fight down to the ground.
Yin forces his way into half guard.
Yin throwing shots but White is blocking nicely.
Yin missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Yin wants to pass to mount but White is defending the position.
White pushes Yin off looking to stand but Yin dives back in and keeps control.
Yin trying to mount his opponent but White defends it.
White is looking to escape.
Yin is pressing down on White's thigh, looking to free his foot. White is holding on for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
White keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
White keeps the fight on the outside.
White feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Yin's calf.

White gets a clinch.
White crunches a lovely knee into Yin's ribcage.

Yin can't get the takedown.

Yin dodges an elbow strike from White.
White throws an elbow that misses.
Yin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but White gets the underhooks and prevents it.

White gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Yin could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Yin trying to control from the bottom.
Yin tries to get to full guard but White has control of the leg.
White is trying to control the action in half guard but Yin is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
White wants to stand but Yin has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Yin is refusing to be controlled, as White sits in half guard.

Yin works his way to full guard. Good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White trying to stand up but can't free himself from Yin's guard.
White stopping the sweep attempt from Yin.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

White clinches up with Yin and pushes him back against the cage.

White breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
White tries to clinch there but Yin circles away.
Yin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? White is fending him off so far but Yin persists. Nope, White circles away and we're back to standing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Yin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Yin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
White keeping moving, preventing Yin from controlling successfully.

Yin stops White from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Yin pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. White is keeping the position for now.
White is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Yin wants to control from the top but White keeps moving.
Yin wants to pass the guard but White is keeping the position.
Yin won't allow White to sweep him here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Yin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Yin showed some decent athleticism there.
White pushes Yin off looking to stand but Yin dives back in and keeps control.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Yin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Yin is pressing down on White's thigh, looking to free his foot. White is holding on for now.
Yin passes to full mount!

Yin is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but White is surviving well by controlling Yin's body position as best he can.
White tries to lock up and control but Yin gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Aiden White will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


White tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Yin fails with a takedown attempt.
White shoots in for a takedown but Yin shows good takedown defense.

Yin tries to keep at a distance but White has taken the fight into the clinch.
White lands a nice elbow.


It looks like Quik Yin has been cut.
White fails to pull guard.

White breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

White gets a takedown into half guard.
Yin is trying to get back to full guard.
Yin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of White's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take White's back!

Yin tightening his grip on White, looking for the choke.
Yin somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Yin misses with a punch to the head.

Yin is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. White knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften White for a finish.

Yin is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but White has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Yin tries to get the hooks in deep but White pushed the leg off.

Yin has his arm under White's chin here. Game over son! Yin squeezes tightly and White is forced to tap out!
