Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cornelius Carr (ranked 75 p4p, 12 weight class) and Sergey Beznisko (ranked 330 p4p, 51 weight class). Carr comes to the cage accompanied by Bang Bang. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cornelius Carr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Sergey Beznisko!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beznisko throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

We've been informed that Beznisko has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Carr's corner calls for a 1-2. Carr obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Beznisko might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Carr feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Beznisko sprawling to the canvas! Beznisko rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Carr finish him?!

Carr connects with a leg kick. Beznisko looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

A punch lands to the side of Beznisko 's head but he takes it in his stride.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Cornelius Carr will probably get the nod.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Beznisko is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Sergey Beznisko comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Beznisko has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
