Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Caldwell (ranked 4858 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liam Donter (ranked 7584 p4p, 0 weight class). Liam Donter is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Caldwell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Liam Donter ! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donter throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Caldwell scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Caldwell moves into range and connects with a jab. Donter misses with a body shot.
Caldwell throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Donter falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Caldwell counter with a right hand. Donter takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Caldwell throws a right and a left that both miss. Caldwell listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Donter throws a series of punches but Caldwell moves out of range. Caldwell went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Donter looks winded! Caldwell cracks Donter with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Donter 's coach down at Cozad MMA London was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Donter 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Caldwell digs a good hook to Donter 's body.

That's one minute gone in the round. Donter takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Caldwell is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Caldwell throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Donter on the side of the head. Donter takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Caldwell lands a nice hook to Donter 's body. Donter takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Donter closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Ryan Caldwell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Caldwell lands with a shot to the body. Caldwell drops Donter with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Donter looks back up at him and smiles so Caldwell waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Donter is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Caldwell darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Donter 's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Caldwell before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ryan Caldwell!
