Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 39 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Miguel Camacho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 37 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Kenta Kobashi!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camacho scores with a one two! Kobashi had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Camacho will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A big right from Camacho misses.
Kobashi lands a nice leg kick that just misses Camacho's sensitive parts.
Kobashi misses with a wild body shot.
Kobashi throws a sloppy body shot
enabling Camacho to counter with a crisp jab.
Camacho misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kobashi keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Camacho.
A nice side step and Kobashi releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Camacho throws a front kick aimed at Kobashi's knee but Kobashi avoids it well.
Kobashi gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Kobashi keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kobashi misses with a double jab.
Kobashi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Camacho throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Camacho is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Camacho tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Camacho looks to score with a jab to the body but Kobashi is just out of range.

A telegraphed right hand from Kobashi misses the target.
Nice defenses there by Kobashi.
Kobashi blocks a leg kick.
Camacho walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Camacho throws a right hand that Kobashi ducks under and follows up with a left that Kobashi also avoids with ease.
Kobashi lets loose with a powerful body kick. Camacho will feel that in the morning.
Kobashi changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Camacho misses with a left hand
and Kobashi counters with a left to the body.
Camacho takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A head kick misses from Camacho.
Camacho takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Camacho misses with a looping right.
Kobashi's corner calls for a 1-2. Kobashi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kobashi works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Camacho pivots, looking for a leg kick but Kobashi is out of range and Camacho settles back down.
Kobashi throws a nice outside leg kick.
Camacho misses with a left hand
and Kobashi counters with a straight right hand.
Kobashi's coach down at Kung Fu Fighting Club ($299 entry fee) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kobashi's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Camacho walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
A big right from Camacho misses.
Kobashi feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Camachos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Kobashi is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Camacho had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kobashi. Camacho does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kobashi misses with an uppercut.
Camacho half committed to a counter leg kick.
Kobashi scoring well with a low kick there.
Good work by Kobashi as he checks the leg kick.
Camacho does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Kobashi throws a body punch but Camacho moves out of range.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Kobashi.
Kobashi throws a shot to the body.
Kobashi swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Camacho went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
The crowd cheers as Kobashi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Camacho doesn't seem phased though.
Kobashi goes for a high kick. It partially lands.


Camacho is rocked!


It looks like Miguel Camacho has been cut.
Camacho misses with a lunging right hand
and Kobashi counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kenta Kobashi!
A loyal slave to those sponsorship dollars, Kenta Kobashi made sure he mentioned FORCEE, along with how happy he was to win his fight.
