Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zaroc Patterson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jim Snow!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Russell Pearce and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patterson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Snow finds it's way round the side to connect with Patterson's head.
Patterson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Zaroc Patterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jab, jab by Snow - just one landing.
Snow lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Snow works Patterson's body with a nice hook.
Patterson shoots and misses
and Snow connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Snow lands a glancing blow to the side of Patterson's head.


Patterson is rocked!
Patterson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Snow counters with a left to the body.
Snow throws out a powerful jab.
Oh Patterson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Snow feints a jab promting Patterson to slip. Snow then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Patterson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Snow scores with a body shot.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Snow closes the distance and clinches.
Patterson wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zaroc Patterson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Snow breaks from the clinch.
Snow swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Patterson.
The fighters circle momentarily. Snow darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Patterson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Snow but Snow pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Snow connects with a crisp jab.
Patterson shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Jim Snow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Patterson shoots in looking for a takedown but Snow manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Patterson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Good exchange - Snow coming out on top.
Snow dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Patterson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Snow dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Snow lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Patterson dives in for a single leg takedown but Snow sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Patterson is breathing heavily.
Snow connects with a body shot that sends Patterson's belly button to the back.
Snow connects with a single shot there.
Patterson moves forwards but Snow connects with a nice, crisp jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Snow connects with a superb combination that knocks Patterson out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Snow before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Patterson!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jim Snow!
Jim Snow spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
