Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Dillinger (ranked 1447 p4p, 196 weight class) and Matt Kroblur (ranked 1062 p4p, 142 weight class). Dillinger's entrance music is Listen!!. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Dillinger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Matt Kroblur! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dillinger with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Dillinger misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kroblur.
Dillinger darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Kroblur jabs Dillinger right on the nose. Dillinger blinks but takes it well. Dillinger moves into the clinch. Kroblur is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Dillinger is trying to maintain a safe position but Kroblur gets an underhook and turns Dillinger into the cage. Kroblur can't get the takedown.
Dillinger is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kroblur is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Dillinger to the mat. Dillinger regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Dillinger lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Kroblur is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dillinger is controlling him. Dillinger trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Kroblur manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Dillinger working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kroblur. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kroblur looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kroblur controls Dillinger momentarily but Dillinger frees himself. Kroblur working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Dillinger. Dillinger is looking to work some ground and pound but Kroblur has wrist control.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Dillinger takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Dillinger cracks Kroblur with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. A punch combination from Kroblur misses. Dillinger throwing a counter right hand but Kroblur manages to avoid it. Dillinger throws a sloppy head kick and Kroblur moves out of range easily. Kroblur is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Kroblur looks to score with a jab to the body but Dillinger is just out of range. Dillinger looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Kroblur.

and Kroblur decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dillinger's guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kroblur missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Dillinger wants to sweep here but Kroblur controlling him for the moment. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kroblur loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kroblur is in close to Dillinger's body, working some short punches and elbows. Kroblur works over Dillinger with some ground and pound from guard. Kroblur cracks Dillinger with a solid left hand. Kroblur distracts Dillinger with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dillinger looking to sweep here. No luck so far. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Matt Kroblur will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Kroblur tries for a takedown but Dillinger sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Dillinger bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Dillinger throws a front kick aimed at Kroblur's knee but Kroblur avoids it well. Dillinger fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kroblur, pushing him back against the cage. Kroblur gets a trip takedown into half guard. Dillinger wants to control but Kroblur is keeping busy and won't allow it. Dillinger is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ground and pound from Kroblur. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kroblur prevents Dillinger from improving his position. Kroblur scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Kroblur working the head and body with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dillinger controlling the position for now. Kroblur works his way into full mount! Kroblur can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Dillinger is looking to escape. Dillinger throwing hammer fists to the chest of Kroblur. What's that going to do exactly? Dillinger is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Dillinger sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Kroblur missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Dillinger taking some punishment here, with Kroblur in his half guard. Matt Kroblur has got the better of the ground game so far. Dillinger wants to control but Kroblur is keeping busy and won't allow it. Kroblur has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kroblur looks to land a strike but Dillinger avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Kroblur wants to control from the top but Dillinger keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dillinger pulls Kroblur in close to his closed guard and prevents Kroblur from doing any damage or advancing position. Kroblur postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Dillinger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kroblur controlling the position well. Dillinger seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kroblur does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kroblur wants to control but Dillinger is keeping busy.

Dillinger throws a strike but Kroblur rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Dillinger preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kroblur has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Dillinger doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kroblur chips away with some ground and pound. Dillinger trying to control the position.

Matt Kroblur showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Dillinger utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Dillinger looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kroblur is one step ahead there. Kroblur postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Dillinger is trying to keep Kroblur in close.

Kroblur's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kroblur duly obliges. Kroblur darts in looking for a takedown but Dillinger gets double underhooks and turns Kroblur into the cage. That's three minutes gone in the round. Dillinger waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kroblur. Jab from Kroblur. Dillinger throws a body kick that misses. Kroblur swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Matt Kroblur seems to be getting the better of the standup. Dillinger throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kroblur is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Kroblur steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dillinger. John Dillinger has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dillinger throws a shot to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Dillinger 's head but he takes it in his stride. Kroblur swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dillinger goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Dillinger takes a swing at Kroblur's ribcage but misses. Kroblur works the jab nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dillinger throws a hook but Kroblur avoids it easily. Kroblur is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Dillinger with a body shot. Kroblur changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Kroblur jabs Dillinger to the body, keeping him at a distance. Kroblur has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Both fighters are breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A decent looking cross lands there for Kroblur. Kroblur digs a good body shot into Dillinger's ribs. Dillinger throws an overhand right that lands on Kroblur's shoulder, as Kroblur tries to avoid the shot. Dillinger looks to land a left hand but Kroblur moved out of range nicely. Kroblur connects with a body shot. Kroblur keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kroblur shoots in for a takedown but Dillinger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Dillinger was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. John Dillinger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Kroblur. Dillinger throws a shot from downtown. Kroblur moves away and avoids it. Despite the aggression on Kroblur's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Dillinger throws a body punch but Kroblur moves out of range.
And that's the end of the fight! Matt Kroblur comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Kroblur winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
