Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bones Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Groudin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Groudin swivels and escapes.
Jones closes this distance looking for a takedown but Groudin circles away.
Jones keeps the fight on the outside.
Groudin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Groudin is looking to pass Jones's guard but actually Jones recovers to full guard.
Jones thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Groudin tries to lock up and control but Jones gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Jones won't let Groudin get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
The referee warns Groudin that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Damien Groudin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Groudin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jones's guard now.

Groudin postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Jones is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Groudin, into his guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Groudin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jones thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones throws and elbow that misses. Groudin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jones's guard. Nice move by Groudin!

Jones changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Groudin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Groudin defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Jones.

Bones Jones showed his dominance in that final round.
