Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zackary Schneider (ranked 7493 p4p, 0 weight class) and Murilo SIlva (ranked 5388 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Murilo SIlva enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Ben Watson and Darius Henderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SIlva tries for a takedown but Schneider circles away easily
and Schneider counters with a head kick.
SIlva fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Schneider quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.

SIlva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Schneider manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Schneider being controlled here, momentarily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
SIlva working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
SIlva with a flurry of punches that miss.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Schneider controls SIlva momentarily but SIlva frees himself.
SIlva controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
SIlva throws a big elbow that misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
SIlva slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
SIlva postures up in Schneider's guard and throws a big left but Schneider blocks it.
SIlva controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
SIlva landing some decent shots from guard.
Schneider preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
SIlva is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Schneider is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

SIlva closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Schneider makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
SIlva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Schneider defends well and SIlva ends up having to push Schneider into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Zackary Schneider has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Murilo SIlva.
SIlva walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Schneider checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Schneider appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
SIlva works over Schneider's head and body with a nice combination.
Schneider wants to clinch but SIlva slips to the side
and SIlva counters with a left and a right that stings Schneider.

SIlva lands a big head kick that sends Schneider to the canvas! SIlva follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
