Sykes has Ruane up against the cage in a clinch.
Ruane is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Sykes can't fight it off and eventually Ruane manages to take the fight to the floor. Sykes looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ruane is stalling in the full guard.
Sykes is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Ruane frees his head nicely. Oh but Sykes has switched to an armbar! Ruane is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
