The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timmon slips under a jab from Lydon.
Timmon ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lydon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Timmon moves away.
Timmon wants to counter with a clinch but Lydon pushes him away.
Timmon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Timmon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lydon.
Timmon moves out of range of the strikes.
Lydon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Timmon moves away.
We've been hearing reports that Lydon has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Lydon misses with a jab to the body
enabling Timmon to counter with a crisp jab.
Lydon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A nice side step and Timmon releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Lydon is looking to wear down Timmon with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Timmon connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Timmon tests Lydon's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Timmon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Oh Lydon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Lydon lands with a shot to the body.

Timmon throws a monster overhand right that drops Lydon! Timmon follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
