Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dee throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Favelli was covering up waiting for the punch and Dee finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Dee drops back looking for a leg! Favelli is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Favelli manages to kick Dee off! Dee jumps back into Favelli's guard.
Dee stands and throws Favelli's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dee is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Favelli is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Favelli wants to control but Dee postures up.

Dee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Favelli gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Favelli wants to control from the top but Dee keeps moving.
