Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soboyt shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has fist this pinned against the cage. fist this gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
fist this wants to clinch.
fist this throws a head kick but Soboyt moves out of range.

Soboyt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
fist this throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Soboyt drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
fist this seems a little lost for a moment, as Soboyt dominates the positioning.
fist this is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
fist this is trying to control Soboyt's posture but Soboyt avoids it.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Soboyt lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

fist this really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Soboyt's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.

Soboyt slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as fist this accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
