Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Neil (ranked 1510 p4p, 211 weight class) and Kalle Kullervo (ranked 2054 p4p, 270 weight class). Neil comes to the cage accompanied by Allman Brothers Band - Midnight Rider. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kullervo slips under a jab from Neil.
Neil gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kullervo scores with a nice body kick.
Kullervo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Neil is out of range and Kullervo settles back down.
Neil attempts a counter takedown but Kullervo avoids it well and moves away.
A decent looking cross lands there for Neil.
It looks like Kalle Kullervo has been cut.

Kullervo thumps Neil with a low kick.
Neil throws a jab but it's blocked by Kullervo.
The fighters circling - Kullervo throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kullervo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Neil stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Neil is trying to drag Kullervo to the mat but Kullervo just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Neil accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

A looping hook to the body misses from Neil. Kullervo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Neil swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Neil moves into range and connects with a jab.
Kullervo is rocked!
Neil steps in with a hook that catches Kullervo right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Neil follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Kullervo looks absolutely devastated.

In his post fight interview, James Neil gave a big smile as he said 'Just hit my music and let's go.'.
