Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Crushman (ranked 556 p4p, 19 weight class) and Nick Fjera (ranked 634 p4p, 27 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Crushman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Nick Fjera!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crushman scores with a nice body kick.
Crushman moves out of range of the strikes.
Fjera throws a poor cross that misses
and Crushman makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Fjera misses with a looping right.
A looping hook to the body misses from Fjera. Crushman does a little dance to reset his feet.

It looks like Nick Fjera has been cut.
Crushman throws a nice outside leg kick.

Crushman blocks a jab.
Crushman cracks a nice hook into Fjera's ribs.
Crushman paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Crushman lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fjera moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Crushman drops his shoulder and cracks Fjera with a huge uppercut! Fjera goes down! Can Crushman finish him?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Crushman drops back looking for a leg! Fjera is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fjera manages to kick Crushman off! Crushman jumps back into Fjera's guard.

Fjera looking to break Crushman's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Crushman remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Fjera will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fjera takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Crushman takes a swing at Fjera's ribcage but misses.
Fjera gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Crushman gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Fjera is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Crushman!
Daniel Crushman spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
