The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maples darts in and clinches Hunt up against the cage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Maples takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Maples throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hunts head.
Maples lands a nice uppercut.

Maples digs a right hand underneath Hunt's ribcage. Hunt let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Hunt is looking to control Maples's arms but Maples gets an underhook and turns him. Now Hunt has his back to the cage.

Maples unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Hunt! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Maples is unloading with more strikes now! Hunt drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Brian Maples decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
