Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dog The Multi Hunter (ranked 813 p4p, 76 weight class) and Lars Romanow (ranked 615 p4p, 58 weight class). The Multi Hunter's entrance music is Hardwired - Metallica. A fine choice. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lars Romanow! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Multi Hunter ducks under a wild hook from Romanow. Romanow takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Romanow lands with an overhand left. The Multi Hunter bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. The Multi Hunter throws a jab but it's blocked by Romanow. The Multi Hunter avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Romanow looks to throw the jab but The Multi Hunter is out of range. The Multi Hunter fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Romanow to the ground. The Multi Hunter is now in Romanow's guard. Romanow controls The Multi Hunter momentarily but The Multi Hunter frees himself. The Multi Hunter trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The Multi Hunter thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Romanow keeping full guard, as The Multi Hunter tries to pass.

Romanow is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Romanow really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Multi Hunter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The Multi Hunter swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Romanow is now in The Multi Hunter's guard. A big mistake from The Multi Hunter there, giving up the dominant position! The Multi Hunter is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Romanow is aware though and is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Romanow is fighting to break The Multi Hunter's control of his arms but The Multi Hunter is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. The Multi Hunter has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Romanow can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Romanow is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Romanow must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
