Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sumo Jo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Ogbeche! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ogbeche.
Jo on the wrong end of a nice jab. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jo. Jo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Blackscar Fitness in the buildup to the fight. Ogbeche lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Ogbeche throws a right and a left that both miss. Chris Ogbeche seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jo loads up on a big right hand but Ogbeche slips the punch.
Jo gets the takedown into side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jo controls the position. Jo cracks Ogbeche with a big right hand but Ogbeche just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Jo working the ground and pound. Jo working away. Jo scores with punches from side control. Ogbeche wants to control but Jo postures up. Jo grinds an elbow into Ogbeche's temple. Ogbeche takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jo scoring with punches and elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jo lands a few punches from side control. Jo landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Ogbeche struggling a bit here. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ogbeche can do anything to dispel that myth. Ogbeche trying to control but Jo flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Jo lands shots from the back. Jo controls the action. Jo gets his hands free as Ogbeche looks to control. Jo looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Ogbeche is trapped and Jo is scoring with shots to the head and body. Jo not allowing Ogbeche to control his hands. Jo scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Jo throwing damaging strikes from the back! Ogbeche could be in trouble here!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jo lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Jo.
Jo controls the action.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Jo lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Ogbeche hold on?!
Jo is looking to finish with some ground and pound! Jo connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Ogbeche to escape the position.

Ogbeche is rocked! Ogbeche grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Ogbeche is still in real trouble! Can Jo finish him? Jo has Ogbeche flattened out and is raining down punches. Jo is landing big shots and Ogbeche is squirming looking to escape! He can't escape though and the ref jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sumo Jo!
