Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ron Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zac Kane! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Snow is rocked! Kane passes to side control. Oh Snow is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Kane in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Kane tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The strikes coming from Kane are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Kane tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kane has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Snow seems to have got his legs back now. Kane stands up. Kane lands a huge takedown. Snow is out but the ref is slow to react and Kane lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Snow lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zac Kane!
