Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gerry Zimmerman (ranked 25113 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian Ferguson (ranked 6188 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zimmerman tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Ferguson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Ferguson gets the takedown into side control.
Zimmerman explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Zimmerman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ferguson pinned against the cage. Ferguson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Zimmerman really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

That was a close second round but I would say that Gerry Zimmerman will probably get the nod.
