Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Smietana (ranked 3578 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abraxas J Hardpickle (ranked 5575 p4p, 571 weight class). Smietana comes to the cage accompanied by I Can't Stop - By: Flux Pavilion. The crowd seem to be enjoying Hardpickle's choice of entrance music: Get Schwifty. Abraxas J Hardpickle told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Abraxas J Hardpickle!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smietana connects with a jab.
Hardpickle gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Smietana.
Smietana lands a lovely overhand right.
Piotr Smietana seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smietana scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Smietana throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hardpickle tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Smietana is in Hardpickle's guard.
Smietana lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Hardpickle trying to keep a closed guard but Smietana is proving a slippery customer.
Smietana working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hardpickle's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smietana forces his way into half guard.
Smietana working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Smietana lands strikes from half guard.
Smietana landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Smietana working Hardpickle over with strikes.
Smietana winds up and cracks Hardpickle with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smietana is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Hardpickle!
Smietana has control of Hardpickle's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hardpickle regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Hardpickle is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smietana is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hardpickle can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Smietana! Hardpickle is hurt baaadly! Smietana is firing away with more strikes - Hardpickle is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Piotr Smietana!
Piotr Smietana seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Abraxas J Hardpickle was interviewed post fight and said 'SURPRISE!'.
