Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James Ejayi (ranked 4278 p4p, 471 weight class) and Timiko Chen Lo (ranked 3075 p4p, 374 weight class). Chen Lo has chosen Welcome to the Jungle as his entrance music. James Ejayi had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. James Ejayi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Timiko Chen Lo's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Ejayi does no damage.
Chen Lo connects with a body shot.
Chen Lo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Chen Lo misses with a few strikes there.
Ejayi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chen Lo moves away.
Ejayi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Chen Lo feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ejayi sprawling to the canvas! Ejayi rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Chen Lo finish him?!

It looks like James Ejayi has been cut.
Ejayi is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Chen Lo cracks Ejayi with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Ejayi looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Chen Lo finish him?

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Chen Lo has cracked Ejayi with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Chen Lo lands another huge swinging hook and Ejayi tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Ejayi, before Chen Lo can land any more shots!
