Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chung Bailey (ranked 24527 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zac Kane (ranked 5049 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chung Bailey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zac Kane!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bailey moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bailey swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Kane digs a good body shot into Bailey's ribs.
A nice leg kick lands there from Kane.

Kane gets a clinch.
Bailey really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kane tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Bailey's elbow.
A bit of stalling here from Kane.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kane fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Kane continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

Bailey is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kane pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Kane wants a takedown but no success here.

Kane has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Bailey regains guard immediately.
Kane trying to control the position from guard on top but Bailey is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kane seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Bailey not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bailey holds on and takes a little breather.
Kane trying to control the position from guard on top but Bailey is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kane tries to stand but Bailey is controlling from the bottom.
Bailey looking for a sweep. Not yet Bailey, not yet.
Kane slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kane drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bailey gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Chung Bailey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zac Kane.

Kane has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Bailey uses from the top position.
Bailey is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Kane is pulling down on Bailey's head to control his posture.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Kane tries to land a sweep but no joy.

so Bailey counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Kane throwing short punches from the bottom.
Kane looking to control but Bailey passes into half guard.
Kane controlling the position for now.
Bailey scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Bailey will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kane is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bailey thows a huge punch but Kane dodges it nicely.

Kane is controlling Bailey's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Bailey stands up out of the half guard.
Kane tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bailey swivels and escapes.
Kane shoots in looking for a takedown but Bailey manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kane's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bailey half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Bailey shoots for a double leg takedown but Kane sprawls well. He's pushed Bailey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Kane shoots in looking for a takedown but Bailey manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kane's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bailey was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Bailey lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
No joy there for Kane, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bailey is looking to counter punch.
Bailey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kane sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bailey somewhat.

Kane misses with a takedown attempt - Bailey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Kane slaps away a takedown attempt from Bailey, before circling back to the center of the mat.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Bailey throws a strike but Kane rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Bailey sneaks back into half guard.

Kane prevents Bailey from improving his position.
Kane throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Nice sprawl there from Bailey as Kane shoots in.

Kane has Bailey up against the cage in a clinch.
Bailey wants to get back to striking at distance but Kane won't allow it.

Kane's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Kane jumps guard but Bailey stands there with Kane around his waist. Kane gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Kane drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bailey pulls his leg out and moves away.
Bailey shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kane as he avoids it easily.
Kane has his takedown stuffed
and Bailey counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zac Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kane takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Kane shoots for a double leg takedown but Bailey sprawls well. He's pushed Kane's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bailey throws a big counter combination but Kane scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Kane takes the fight into the clinch.

Bailey is trying to break the clinch but Kane is controlling him.

Kane is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Bailey to keep the fight standing.

Kane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bailey throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kane was covering up waiting for the punch and Bailey finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Kane pushes Bailey off and scrambles back to his feet.

Kane tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bailey paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bailey is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Kane tries to clinch but Bailey is having none of it.
Bailey blocks a head kick by Kane.
Kane misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bailey appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bailey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kane sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bailey somewhat.

And that's the end of the fight!
Zac Kane comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kane has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
