TWGC 19 (155lbs, D3): Finals - Round 1 PBP Commentary


Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Sammy Berggren (ranked 7419 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulski McBeth (ranked 3347 p4p, 310 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Berggren might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Mozart - Lacrimosa. Paulski McBeth is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 2 losses; Paulski McBeth!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.

McBeth has hold of Berggren's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Berggren manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

McBeth seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Berggren does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
