Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Slater! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Slater does no damage. Nolan misses the shot to the body. Nolan throws a sloppy head kick and Slater moves out of range easily. Slater misses with a takedown attempt and Nolan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Slater throws a head kick that Nolan semi-blocks.
It looks like Harley Nolan has been cut. Nolan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nolan misses with a double jab.
Slater clinches up with Nolan and pushes him back against the cage. Slater breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Slater moves into the clinch. A bit of stalling here from Slater.
Slater pulls guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nolan won't allow Slater to sweep him here.

Slater fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Nolan throws a counter high kick but Slater was just alert enough to avoid it. Slater swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

A head kick misses from Nolan. Slater is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Nolan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Slater to the mat! Slater manages to get full guard. Slater has his feet on Nolan's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Slater throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Nolan sees it coming and avoids it easily. Nolan fails with an attempt to clinch.
And Slater tries to counter it with a takedown but Nolan pushes his down on his head and steps out. Slater shoots and misses and Nolan counters by clinching up. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Slater has Nolan pressed against the cage, preventing Nolan from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nolan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Slater takes a body punch but keeps moving. Slater shoots in for a double leg but Nolan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Nolan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Slater throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Nolan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Nolan blocks a head kick by Slater.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jack Slater will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Harley Nolan's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Good leg kick by Slater there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

That's one minute gone in the round. Nolan tries to circle away but Slater has him pinned against the cage. Nolan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Nolan fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Slater to the ground. Nolan is now in Slater's guard. Slater not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Slater is breathing heavily. Slater is adopting a defensive guard. Nolan won't allow Slater to get back to his feet. Nolan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Nolan throws a big right hand that misses. Slater working for submissions but it's allowed Nolan to get to half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Nolan is trying to work for a kimura but Slater is defending well.
Slater gets back to full guard.
Slater thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Nolan wanted to stand there but Slater had control of the position. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Slater shoots and misses and Nolan counters with a nice body shot. Slater shoots in looking for a takedown but Nolan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Slater's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Nolan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Slater changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Nolan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Slater moves away. Nolan throws a shot to the body.
Nolan stuffs the takedown. Slater shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nolan pinned against the cage. Nolan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nolan works Slater's body with a nice hook. Slater digs a good hook to Nolan's body.
Slater throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Nolan appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Nolan throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Slater's head. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nolan clinches. Nolan is trying to break free. Nolan will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Slater up against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nolan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Slater was well out of range. Poor timing from Nolan. Slater moves into range and clinches up with Nolan. Nolan has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Slater blocks an elbow strike from Nolan.

We're back to clinching against the cage. Nolan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Nolan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Slater manages to avoid it. Slater scores with a kick to the body.

Nolan is trying to force a seperation but Slater has the dominant position. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Slater tries to pull guard but Nolan won't allow it.

Slater tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nolan defends well and Slater ends up having to push Nolan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Nolan has closed the distance and engaged Slater in a clinch.
Slater has had enough of the clinch but Nolan keeps him there for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nolan comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Nolan wants to get back to striking at distance but Slater won't allow it.

and Nolan counters with a left to the body. The fight stays on the outside here - Nolan looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nolan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nolan displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Slater.
And that's the end of the fight! Harley Nolan showed his dominance in that final round. I think Nolan has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
