Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rudolf Hoffman (ranked 6220 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theodore Van Anderson (ranked 8714 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Anderson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ain't my bitch. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rudolf Hoffman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Theodore Van Anderson! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Van Anderson drops Hoffman with a big left hand and mounts him. Hoffman is in big trouble!
It looks like Rudolf Hoffman has been cut. Hoffman manages to regain half guard. Good work. This has been an exciting period of action! Hoffman trying to control but Van Anderson postures up.
Van Anderson wants to stand but Hoffman has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Hoffman flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Hoffman manages to get to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Van Anderson tries to stand but Hoffman is controlling from the bottom. Hoffman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Van Anderson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Hoffman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Van Anderson manages to get himself to full guard.
Van Anderson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Hoffman escapes and throws Van Anderson's legs to the side, diving into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Van Anderson tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Hoffman has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Van Anderson. Van Anderson wants to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoffman is landing with strikes. Van Anderson can't take much more of this. Van Anderson is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Hoffman trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Van Anderson doesn't escape. Van Anderson is trying to stand back up. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Van Anderson grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Van Anderson is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Hoffman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Hoffman loading up with punches from the back mount - how long can Van Anderson hold on?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hoffman lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Van Anderson trying to get back to his feet but Hoffman is in full control for now. Van Anderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hoffman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Van Anderson is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. What can Van Anderson do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Van Anderson wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hoffman scores with punches and elbows. Hoffman is punishing Van Anderson with strikes - can he finish him?! Van Anderson is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet. Van Anderson lands with a right that hurts Hoffman. Hoffman looks to clinch but Van Anderson throws a short knee that drops Hoffman. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch and Knee). Theodore Van Anderson! Theodore Van Anderson tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
