Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pregent throws a right and a left that Reyes avoids nicely.
Reyes looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
No luck for Pregent with that takedown attempt.
Reyes circles away from the clinch attempt.
Pregent shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Reyes but Reyes pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Pregent lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reyes circles away quickly and effectively.
Reyes keeps the fight on the outside.

Nick Reyes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of PL Pregent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Reyes dodges the punch combination from Pregent.
Pregent shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Pregent gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Reyes tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pregent swivels and escapes.

Pregent throws a chopping leg kick but Reyes manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Pregent moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Nick Reyes has been cut.
Pregent lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Reyes keeps the fight on the outside.
Pregent looks to land a combination but Reyes avoids it well.
Reyes checks the leg kick.
Pregent missing with a left hand there. Reyes was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Some wild striking there from Pregent.
Reyes uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pregent.
Pregent throws a series of punches but Reyes avoids them all with ease.
Pregent lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pregent.
Reyes has Pregent up against the cage in a clinch.
Reyes pulls Pregent into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Reyes is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Pregent won't allow Reyes to sweep him here.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Reyes is working hard here to advance position.
Pregent trying to stand up but can't free himself from Reyes's guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Reyes gets the takedown into side control.
Reyes in the domination position with Pregent hanging on.
Reyes swings around for an armbar but Pregent sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Reyes's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Pregent passes into half guard.

Reyes is staying active underneath Pregent, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Reyes wants to get back to full guard but Pregent has mounted him!
Reyes is wriggling around trying to escape.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Pregent stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Pregent misses with the combination.
Pregent doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Reyes counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Pregent is looking to control Reyes's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Pregent avoid being mounted?
Reyes is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pregent is just riding it out for now. Reyes eventually gives up the hold.

Pregent is trying to get back to full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Pregent has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Reyes is working away from the top position though.
Pregent avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Reyes.

Pregent tries to clinch but Reyes moves away
and Reyes counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Pregent's guard now.
Reyes throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Pregent lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Reyes!
Pregent sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Reyes is trying to reverse the position but instead Pregent has taken his back - oops!
Pregent is working for a rear naked choke. Reyes is not defending it well and Pregent has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Reyes refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Reyes's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
