Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerome Sosa (ranked 24277 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pork Destroyer (ranked 6070 p4p, 651 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Destroyer, as that shot connected.
Sosa really is a fat lump.
Destroyer misses with a head kick.
Destroyer lands a jab to the nose.
Destroyer throws a push kick but Sosa slaps the foot to one side.
Destroyer throws a head kick but Sosa moves out of range.
Destroyer tests Sosa's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Destroyer scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Sosa closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Destroyer to the mat! Destroyer manages to get full guard.
Destroyer wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Sosa manages to pass to side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Destroyer can do anything to dispel that myth.

Destroyer is trying to stand up here but Sosa is controlling him well.
Sosa thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Destroyer's head.

Sosa decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Destroyer works Sosa's body with a nice hook.
Destroyer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sosa walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Sosa gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Destroyer counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Destroyer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sosa was well out of range. Poor timing from Destroyer.
Sosa seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Destroyer dips to his left and cracks Sosa with an uppercut!
Destroyer lands a body shot.
Destroyer throws a head kick that misses.
Destroyer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sosa stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Destroyer looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Destroyer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sosa has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Destroyer has managed to get both his arms back between Sosa's legs - danger averted.
Destroyer wants to stand but Sosa is controlling his posture from full guard.

Sosa wriggles free and stands up.
Destroyer throws a one two combo.

It looks like Jerome Sosa has been cut.

Destroyer ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Destroyer wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Destroyer lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Sosa falls backwards - clearly groggy! Destroyer dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
