Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Klay Dee (ranked 2758 p4p, 266 weight class) and Rick Rude (ranked 5690 p4p, 447 weight class). Dee kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tyler, The Creator - Who Dat Boy. Rude has chosen Beautiful people-by MARILYN MANSON as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rude scores with a body shot.
Rude misses with an uppercut
and Dee counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Rick Rude has been cut.
Rude pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Dee scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Rude bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Rude counters with a stiff right hand.

Rude throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dee stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Dee moves out of range as Rude strikes.
Rude throws a hook but Dee avoids it easily.
Rude misses with a looping right.
Dee seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Dee defending well as Rude loads up on a big left hand.
Rick Rude seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rude scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dee doesn't seem bothered though.
Rude misses with a looping right.
Dee throwing a counter right hand but Rude manages to avoid it.

Dee lands a right hook to the body.
No joy there for Rude, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rude throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Dee counter with a right hand.
Rude is still on wobbly legs! Can Dee finish him?
Dee misses with a lunging right hand
and Rude counters with a stiff right hand.
Rude seems to have recovered his senses.

Dee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rude.
It looked like Dee wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Rude tries to keep at a distance but Dee has taken the fight into the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dee lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Dee is leaning against Rude and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Dee.
Rude tries a body shot but Dee blocks it.
Dee works on Rude's body with a couple of short punches.

Dee lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Rude backwards.

Rude is trying to break the clinch but Dee is controlling him.
Dee lands with a left to the head.
Dee lands a hook to the side of the head.
Rude tries to circle away but Dee has him pinned against the cage.
Dee drops Rude onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Rude is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
That has opened up Rick Rude's cut even more.
Dee creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Rude with a big uppercut! Rude tries to clinch up but Dee pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Rude to the mat! Rude covers up and Dee unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Klay Dee!
Klay Dee was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
Rick Rude spoke after the fight, saying 'Ref missed 2 eye gouges,and a noogie......i call SHENANIGANS!!!!!'.
