Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cro Cop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sagat has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagat throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cop's waist but Cop gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sagat off to one side.
Sagat shoots in and drives through. Cop sprawls well.

Sagat drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Cop prevents Sagat from moving into mount.
Sagat wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Cop, who protects the arm well.
Sagat is working to tighten is grip on Cop's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Cop has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Sagat is really squeezing tight and eventually Cop passes out! Sagat breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
