Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Garrick Head (ranked 1547 p4p, 165 weight class) and Bushido Brown (ranked 2357 p4p, 240 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Head counters with a series of strikes. Brown will be more careful next time no doubt.

Brown working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Head doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Head manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Brown throws out a loose jab but Head uses good head movement to avoid it.
Brown shoots in looking for a takedown. Head tries to sprawl out of it but Brown keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Head manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
