The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arderos fails with the takedown.
Tunney let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Arderos has his takedown stuffed
and Tunney counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Arderos tries for a takedown but Tunney sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricky Arderos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Arderos shoots and misses
and Tunney counters with a nice right hand that sends Arderos toppling to the canvas! Arderos scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Tunney finish him?!
Arderos is rocked!
It looks like Ricky Arderos has been cut.
Tunney goes for a small jab and connects. Now Tunney goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Arderos stumbles back but Tunney runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Arderos to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Arderos will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
