Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Liston (ranked 5915 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryn Henderson (ranked 5839 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Liston tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Henderson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Sonny Liston has been cut.
Liston feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Liston wants to pass the guard but Henderson is keeping the position.

Liston has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Henderson tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Henderson tries to lock up and control but Liston gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Liston lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Liston takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Liston postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Henderson looks a forlorn figure.
Henderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Liston. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Liston cracks Henderson with a big right hand but Henderson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Henderson steps in with a hook that catches Liston right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Henderson follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Liston looks absolutely devastated.
