Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Foreman (ranked 2934 p4p, 328 weight class) and Aljerendo Belluiou (ranked 5428 p4p, 548 weight class). The key to victory for Joe Foreman has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Foreman ! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aljerendo Belluiou! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Foreman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Foreman tries to sprawl but Belluiou drives through with a takedown into half guard. Belluiou looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Belluiou is keen to just control but Foreman is a slippery customer. Belluiou wants to pass to mount but Foreman is defending the position. Belluiou is looking to take a break and control but Foreman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Foreman wants to improve his position but Belluiou is controlling well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Belluiou is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Belluiou is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's one minute gone in the round. Belluiou working the head and body with strikes. Belluiou trying to control the action but Foreman is working from the bottom. Belluiou with the ground and pound but Foreman uses the opportunity to regain guard. Belluiou looking to pass the guard. Belluiou trying to control the position from guard on top but Foreman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Belluiou working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Foreman seems keen to control Belluiou's posture. Belluiou wants to pass the guard but Foreman is keeping the position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Foreman can't keep his opponent in guard - Belluiou advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Belluiou missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Belluiou trying to control from half guard but Foreman is working away. Belluiou is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Foreman has managed to free his arm - good work. Belluiou trying to control the action but Foreman is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foreman tries to roll over but Belluiou keeps him under control. Belluiou not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Belluiou is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Foreman defends it well. Belluiou is working for a kimura but Foreman is defending it quite comfortably.
Foreman is looking to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Belluiou missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Belluiou throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Foreman counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Belluiou misses with a takedown and Foreman counters with a nice uppercut. Belluiou looks winded! Belluiou tries to clinch and Foreman counters with a straight right hand. Foreman cracks Belluiou with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Foreman has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Belluiou to stand back up! Foreman cracks Belluiou with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Belluiou looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Foreman finish him?
Belluiou is rocked! Foreman punishes Belluiou's body with a nice straight punch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Foreman dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Foreman misses with a wild combination.
Foreman connects with a jab. We've been told by Foreman 's head coaches at The Shark Tank that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Belluiou throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Foreman counters with a nice right hand that sends Belluiou toppling to the canvas! Belluiou scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Foreman finish him?!
It looks like Aljerendo Belluiou has been cut. Belluiou swings widly with a right hand
and Foreman makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Foreman dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Belluiou takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Belluiou is breathing heavily. Foreman knocks out Belluiou with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Foreman before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Foreman picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Joe Foreman ! Joe Foreman is the new heavyweight champion! The defeated Aljerendo Belluiou had this to say: 'He hits like a garbage truck, and smells like one too. I almost went unconscious from his stench alone.'.
