Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sainty moves out of range of the strikes.
Walcott lands with a nice body punch.
Walcott catches Sainty with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Walcott scores with a nice head shot.
Walcott leaves Sainty with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

and Sainty counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Sainty is looking to advance position but Walcott won't allow it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sainty seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Walcott does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

My spies in Crapollas Gym inform me that Sainty has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Sainty is keen to just control but Walcott is a slippery customer.
