Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Emon Yang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mike Snow!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Bart Greer.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yang scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Snow wants to get back to full guard.
Yang wants to pass the guard but Snow is defending well.
Yang throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Snow tries to roll over but Yang keeps him under control.
Yang is looking to stall here but Snow recovers full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snow wants to sweep here but Yang controlling him for the moment.
Yang stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Snow swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Snow looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Yang has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Snow manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Yang manages to get himself to full guard.

Snow throwing strikes from guard but Yang blocks nicely.
Snow keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Yang's head.
Yang can't keep his opponent in guard - Snow advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Snow throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Snow works his way into full mount!
Yang is bucking up trying to escape but Snow cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Snow throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Yang on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Yang tries to get out of the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Yang keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Snow scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Yang?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Yang is bucking up trying to escape but Snow cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Snow lands a big shot to the head and Yang winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
