Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jaren Jefferson (ranked 8459 p4p, 666 weight class) and Abdul Nakambo (ranked 4425 p4p, 499 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Micheangelo Fripello and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jefferson misses with a series of wild punches.
Nakambo swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jaren Jefferson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A combination from Jefferson does no damage.
A little jabbing left from Nakambo on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Nakambo keeps the fight on the outside.
Nakambo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nakambo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jefferson tries to clinch but Nakambo is having none of it.

and Jefferson counters with a series of strikes. Nakambo will be more careful next time no doubt.
Nakambo looks to land a right hand but Jefferson moved out of range.
Nakambo goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Jefferson shoots in for a takedown but Nakambo shows good takedown defense.

Nakambo tries to bum rush Jefferson with a series of wild strikes but Jefferson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nakambo lunges at Jefferson with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jefferson's hand.
Jefferson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nakambo throws out a counter right but Jefferson avoids it with no problem.
Jefferson avoids a punch combination nicely.

Jefferson looks to clinch
and Nakambo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nakambo shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jefferson eats them both and turns towards Nakambo to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Jefferson is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jefferson leaves his chin hanging out and Nakambo seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Jefferson crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
