Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Dean Poole!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Erik Jaguer!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Phil Schofield and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poole blocks a head kick by Jaguer.

Jaguer shoots in and bounces Poole off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Poole could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Jaguer works over Poole with some ground and pound from guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jaguer is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Poole is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Poole has escaped and now he's on top!

Poole is looking to stand up but Jaguer won't let him.
Poole might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Jaguer wants to stand up but Poole is controlling him.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Poole is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Jaguer is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Poole has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jaguer is proving hard to escape from.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Jaguer. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Jaguer takes a little break here. Poole wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Jaguer has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Poole is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jaguer is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

You can see the frustration on Jaguer's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Jaguer is trying to get back to his feet but Poole has full control of the position and if anything, Jaguer has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Poole has the hooks in. Jaguer is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Poole's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Poole controlling the position well here. Jaguer rolled but Poole kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

A close second round but Erik Jaguer will probably get the nod - 10:9.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Erik Jaguer is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Poole is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Erik Jaguer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Jaguer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
