Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dong Sandoval (ranked 6479 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hundin Fotze (ranked 25015 p4p, 0 weight class). Hundin Fotze told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dong Sandoval! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hundin Fotze! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fotze shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sandoval sprawls well. Sandoval wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fotze gets slowly back to his feet. Hundin Fotze seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fotze goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Dong Sandoval has been cut. Sandoval leaves Fotze with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sandoval misses the shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sandoval gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Fotze is working for takedown but Sandoval is calmly controlling the position for now. Dong Sandoval has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hundin Fotze. Fotze gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fotze really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sandoval. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sandoval makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Sandoval. Fotze throwing strikes but missing. Sandoval really is a fat lump. Sandoval has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Fotze should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Sandoval has tightened it up now! Fotze should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
