Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joey Hatton (ranked 1470 p4p, 198 weight class) and Cal Klos (ranked 1544 p4p, 208 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klos defending well as Hatton loads up on a big left hand.
Hatton displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Klos throws out the jab.

Hatton drops down looking for a counter takedown but Klos sprawls and moves away.
Hatton takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Hatton tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Klos was well out of range. Poor timing from Hatton.

Hatton is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Klos has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Hatton is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Cal Klos decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
