Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rodney Holzken (ranked 1944 p4p, 204 weight class) and Baki Hanma (ranked 2029 p4p, 209 weight class). Holzken comes to the cage accompanied by Justin Bieber ft. Ariana Grande - Let Me Think Bout You. Hanma comes into a darkened arena with his song building. B-Complex - Beautiful Lies kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Baki Hanma was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holzken rushes Hanma and presses him up against the cage.
Hanma tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Holzken's elbow.

Holzken is working for takedown but Hanma is calmly controlling the position for now.

Holzken wants the takedown. Hanma is fighting it off but Holzken persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Hanma's guard against the cage.

Holzken is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Holzken escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hanma gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hanma slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Hanma slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Hanma wants to lay and pray for a moment but Holzken keeps working.

Holzken's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hanma under the eye.
Holzken stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hanma.
Holzken closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hanma circles away.

and Hanma counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Holzken throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Holzken throws a combination. Hanma tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Hanma has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Baki Hanma seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Holzken changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hanma looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Hanma quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Holzken has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Hanma celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

After the fight, Baki Hanma was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
