Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Rog Bison (ranked 9232 p4p, 656 weight class) and Tomasz Drwalewicz (ranked 19662 p4p, 680 weight class). Rog Bison has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rog Bison! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomasz Drwalewicz! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drwalewicz lands a body shot.
Bison throws the left hand but Drwalewicz avoids the punch easily. Bison misses with a wild body shot. Bison misses with a jab, cross combination.
Drwalewicz is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Drwalewicz lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

A looping hook to the body misses from Drwalewicz. Bison does a little dance to reset his feet. A jab from Bison finds it's way through Drwalewicz's defenses. Bison fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bison throws a sloppy head kick and Drwalewicz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Drwalewicz throws a low kick but Bison avoids it. Bison lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bison looks to land a combination but Drwalewicz avoids it well. Drwalewicz tries a quick counter leg kick but Bison is wise to it. Sloppy strikes from Bison. Those never looked like landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. No joy there for Bison, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Drwalewicz missing with a left hand there. Bison was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Drwalewicz has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Drwalewicz on the wrong end of a nice hook. Drwalewicz looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Bison throws a big counter combination but Drwalewicz scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Drwalewicz forces Bison back against the ropes and clinches. Drwalewicz pushes Bison back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Rog Bison has been cut. Drwalewicz lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Drwalewicz swings away with an uppercut that misses.

A head punch on the inside from Drwalewicz fails to land. Drwalewicz makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Bison prevents a body shot from Drwalewicz. Drwalewicz tries to stall but Bison uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Drwalewicz keeps control of Bison as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Drwalewicz. Drwalewicz working aggressively here.

Tomasz Drwalewicz dominated that round. The cut man is working on Rog Bison's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Drwalewicz misses with a straight left. Drwalewicz is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Drwalewicz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bison checks the leg kick nicely there.
Bison misses with a left hand and Drwalewicz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Tomasz Drwalewicz seems to be getting the better of the standup. Drwalewicz tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Bison uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Drwalewicz.
Bison is looking to counter with a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Drwalewicz tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bison is able to avoid easily. Drwalewicz attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Bison throws a series of punches but Drwalewicz moves out of range. A countering left hand to the body from Drwalewicz misses. Bison looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Bison avoids the body shot from Drwalewicz.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bison checks a low kick from Drwalewicz. Drwalewicz lets loose with a powerful body kick. Bison will feel that in the morning. Drwalewicz forces Bison back against the ropes and clinches. Drwalewicz fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Drwalewicz has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Drwalewicz misses with a punch on the inside.
Bison is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. Bison breaks the clinch.
Bison doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. The fighters circle momentarily. Drwalewicz darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Drwalewicz connects with an inside leg kick. Drwalewicz uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bison has time to react. Bison chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Drwalewicz can pounce on him.
Bison throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Drwalewicz.

Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Drwalewicz throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Drwalewicz lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Drwalewicz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and Bison counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Drwalewicz slips a jab and a cross from Bison.
Bison throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bison's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Drwalewicz connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bison scrambles back to his feet. Bison slips a straight right by Drwalewicz. Bison scores with a body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tomasz Drwalewicz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Rog Bison's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Drwalewicz throws a hook to the side of Bison's head but Bison sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Bison's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Bison duly obliges. No joy there for Drwalewicz, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Bison tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Drwalewicz throws out a loose jab but Bison uses good head movement to avoid it. Bison swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Bison throws a jab when Drwalewicz was well out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bison looks to throw the jab but Drwalewicz is out of range. Drwalewicz is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Bison with a body shot. Drwalewicz throws a push kick but Bison slaps the foot to one side. Drwalewicz swings and misses with a hook to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Drwalewicz scores with a kick to the midsection. Bison slips under a jab. Bison appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Bison moves forwards but Drwalewicz connects with a nice, crisp jab. Rog Bison has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Drwalewicz takes one on the button. This has been an exciting period of action! Nice straight punches there by Bison. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bison. Drwalewicz swings for the body but Bison moves out of range.
Drwalewicz feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bisons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Drwalewicz throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bison's head. Bison lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Drwalewicz circles away quickly and effectively. Bison pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Drwalewicz misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bison.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tomasz Drwalewicz. Well Drwalewicz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
