The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDirk misses with a series of wild punches.
Roscrow Jr swinging wildly here.
McDirk throws a nice looking combination but Roscrow Jr bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McDirk throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
McDirk throws a body shot but no joy.
McDirk connects with a body shot that sends Roscrow Jr 's belly button to the back.
McDirk misses the shot to the body.
Roscrow Jr shoots in looking for a takedown. McDirk tries to sprawl out of it but Roscrow Jr keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McDirk manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roscrow Jr tries to score a power double leg takedown but McDirk sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Roscrow Jr somewhat.
McDirk misses the shot to the body.

Roscrow Jr throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Roscrow Jr looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McDirk lands a body shot.
McDirk tries to sprawl but Roscrow Jr drives through with a takedown into half guard.

McDirk is trying to escape back to his feet but Roscrow Jr uses the scramble to pass into side control.
McDirk is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Roscrow Jr has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Roscrow Jr thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
McDirk is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

McDirk prevents Roscrow Jr from improving position.
Roscrow Jr has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Roscrow Jr tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Roscrow Jr has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Roscrow Jr prevents McDirk from escaping the position.
Roscrow Jr is working to tighten his grip on McDirk's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. McDirk has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Roscrow Jr is really squeezing tight and eventually McDirk passes out! Roscrow Jr breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
