Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Blysk (ranked 6022 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjamin Bronckhorsten (ranked 6230 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Piotr Blysk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Benjamin Bronckhorsten! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bronckhorsten circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bronckhorsten throws a counter combo. Bronckhorsten gets tackled into the cage by Blysk. Blysk maintains the clinch. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Blysk obliges. Bronckhorsten tries to break the clinch but Blysk is controlling the position. Blysk is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bronckhorsten gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Blysk has a couple of punches blocked by Bronckhorsten.

Blysk lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bronckhorsten backwards. Blysk manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Bronckhorsten tries to stand but Blysk is controlling from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bronckhorsten stops Blysk from standing up. Bronckhorsten wants to stand but Blysk has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Bronckhorsten won't allow Blysk to sweep him here.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Bronckhorsten fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Bronckhorsten throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Blysk takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bronckhorsten cracks Blysk with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Blysk gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Blysk throws an elbow but it misses.
Blysk prevents Bronckhorsten from breaking the clinch. Blysk digs a right hand underneath Bronckhorsten's ribcage. Bronckhorsten let out a lung full of air as it connected. Blysk misses with a body punch.

Bronckhorsten is looking to break free of the clinch but Blysk has double underhooks. Bronckhorsten is trying to push Blysk away but Blysk has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Blysk can't find room to land a body shot as Bronckhorsten controls the action.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Blysk takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Blysk slowing the pace effectively. Blysk's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Bronckhorsten is trying to force a seperation but Blysk has the dominant position. Blysk manages to break the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Blysk moves into range and clinches up with Bronckhorsten.

Blysk has Bronckhorsten pressed against the cage, preventing Bronckhorsten from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Blysk has Bronckhorsten pressed against the cage.

Blysk tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Bronckhorsten is trying to push Blysk away but Blysk has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. It looks like Benjamin Bronckhorsten has been cut. Blysk prevents Bronckhorsten from breaking the clinch. Blysk lands with a left to the head. Blysk breaks from the clinch.
A combination from Bronckhorsten does no damage. Blysk fails in his attempt to clinch. Blysk drives through and clinches with Bronckhorsten against the cage.

Bronckhorsten's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Bronckhorsten has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Bronckhorsten as Blysk tries to tie him up. A head punch on the inside from Blysk fails to land. Blysk unloads a knee to the mid-section. Bronckhorsten looks winded! Blysk is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Blysk seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Bronckhorsten is looking to break free of the clinch but Blysk has double underhooks. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Blysk walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bronckhorsten thuds a left hand into Blysk's body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Blysk tries to clinch but Bronckhorsten moves out of range. Blysk tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bronckhorsten manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A little jabbing left from Bronckhorsten on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Benjamin Bronckhorsten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blysk closes the distance and clinches. Blysk pulls guard. Bronckhorsten wants to stand and escape but instead Blysk has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Blysk trying to control the position from guard on top but Bronckhorsten is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bronckhorsten wants to stand up but Blysk is controlling him. Bronckhorsten keeping moving, preventing Blysk from controlling successfully. Blysk won't allow Bronckhorsten to get back to his feet. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Blysk's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Blysk is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bronckhorsten can do to turn this around?

Bronckhorsten wants to stand and escape but Blysk is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bronckhorsten is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Blysk lands a couple of decent looking shots. Blysk is working Bronckhorsten over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Bronckhorsten wants to stand up but Blysk is controlling him. Blysk trying to control but Bronckhorsten is working from the bottom. Blysk is really struggling to control Bronckhorsten but he's trying to hold on to the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Bronckhorsten bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Blysk's head. Bronckhorsten throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Blysk tries to clinch but Bronckhorsten moves away letting Bronckhorsten counter with a right hand. Blysk tries to clinch up. Bronckhorsten now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Bronckhorsten misses with the combination.

Bronckhorsten takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Blysk takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Blysk looks to clinch letting Bronckhorsten counter with a right hand. Bronckhorsten avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Bronckhorsten keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
