Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tyrone Harrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brock Lee!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison throws a body kick that misses
and Harrison takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Lee darts in and clinches Harrison up against the cage.

Lee successfully pulls guard.
Lee striking off his back but it's not causing Harrison any problems.
Lee has Harrison pulled in close to control his posture.
Harrison in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Harrison is on top in guard.


The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Lee swings around for an armbar but Harrison sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Lee's guard.

Lee changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Harrison throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Harrison rushes Lee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Lee closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Harrison quickly recovers to half guard.

Harrison has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lee is working away from the top position though.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tyrone Harrison will probably get the nod.

Lee throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Harrison was covering up waiting for the punch and Lee finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Harrison has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Harrison misses with a body shot.

Lee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lee wants to get up but he can't break Harrison's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Brock Lee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Lee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
