Carlson has chosen The Message as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roller gets the takedown into side control.
Carlson tries to improve position but can't.
Roller looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Carlson is avoiding damage well.
Carlson wants to control but Roller postures up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Carlson shoots and misses
and Roller counters with a shoot takedown. Carlson fights it but they end up in guard.

Carlson has hold of Roller's hands but Roller slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Roller closes the distance and clinches.

Roller scores with a nice hook to the head.
Carlson breaks the clinch.

and Carlson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

and Roller counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Rocky Roller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Barry Carlson.

Roller tries to clinch there but Carlson circles away.
Carlson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Roller sprawls well initially but Carlson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Carlson is looking for a kimura but Roller is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Carlson to get the leverage.
Carlson passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Roller!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Carlson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
