Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Julian Drotski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 10 - 1, fighting out of London, Arnavut Sevket! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sevket throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Drotski cracks Sevket with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Sevket throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Drotski closes the distance and clinches up with Sevket, looking for a takedown. Drotski pushes Sevket against the cage but Sevket circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Sevket looks like he wants to counter punch here. Drotski steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sevket. Drotski takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Julian Drotski has been cut. Drotski takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Sevket scores with a nice right hand.

It looks like Arnavut Sevket has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Drotski dives in for a single leg takedown but Sevket sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Drotski fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sevket walks into a stiff left hand from Drotski. Drotski takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Drotski misses with a straight right. Sevket looks to score with a jab to the body but Drotski is just out of range. Drotski keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Sevket is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Drotski rather than just go for the knockout. Drotski scores with a nice right hand.
Sevket fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Drotski manages to avoid it. Sevket feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Drotskis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! A telegraphed right hand from Sevket misses the target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sevket cracks Drotski with a right hand to the side of the head. Drotski uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sevket.
Drotski takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Drotski avoids the body shot from Sevket.
Drotski takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Drotski misses with a looping right. Arnavut Sevket seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Drotski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Sevket looking for a sweep. Not yet Sevket, not yet. Drotski wants to pass the guard but Sevket is keeping the position. Drotski preventing the sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sevket is trying to control the position but Drotski postures up. Drotski stopping the sweep attempt from Sevket. Sevket keeping moving, preventing Drotski from controlling successfully. Drotski won't allow Sevket to sweep him here. Drotski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sevket swivels though and keeps the full guard. Drotski sitting in guard here, content to control. Drotski tries to free his leg and advance position but Sevket is retaining full guard. Sevket can't keep his opponent in guard - Drotski advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Drotski keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Drotski is looking for a kimura but Sevket is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Drotski to get the leverage. Drotski trying to pass the guard but Sevket defending well. Sevket trying to hold on to Drotski's head to control him but Drotski postures up.
Sevket actively working from the bottom here. Drotski wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sevket keeps working. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sevket is looking for a sweep. Drotski is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Sevket is staying active underneath Drotski, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Arnavut Sevket is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Drotski avoids the body shot from Sevket.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arnavut Sevket dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sevket scores with a nice head shot. Drotski shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sevket counters with a lovely straight right hand! Sevket scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Drotski throws a right hand that Sevket ducks under and follows up with a left that Sevket also avoids with ease. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Drotski takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Arnavut Sevket seems to be getting the better of the standup. Drotski shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sevket pinned against the cage. Sevket gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A countering left hand to the body from Sevket misses. Drotski connects with a body shot that sends Sevket's belly button to the back. Sevket's corner calls for a 1-2. Sevket obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Sevket misses with a hook. Sevket scores with a jab to the body.

Julian Drotski's cut is getting worse. Sevket jabbing away but nothing is landing. Drotski takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sevket lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Drotski circles away quickly and effectively. Sevket lands a jab to the head.
Sevket has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Sevket lands a slapping body shot.

Drotski is rocked! Sevket cracks Drotski with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Arnavut Sevket! In his post fight interview, Arnavut Sevket started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
