The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murray throws a left and a right that both miss
and Stepic counters by moving into the clinch.
Murray wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stepic has him pressed against the cage.
Stepic has Murray pressed against the cage, preventing Murray from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Stepic's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Murray swinging wildly here.
Stepic is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Murray takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Stepic seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Murray swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stepic slips a jab and a cross from Murray.

Murray throws a series of punches but Stepic avoids them all with ease.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Murray looks winded!
Murray takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Stepic slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Murray takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Murray is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Stepic just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Murray has gone limp and this one is over!
