Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

49 - 27 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gunnar Steigelmann!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DaCoca moves out of range as Steigelmann throws a body kick.
DaCoca quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
DaCoca ducks under a wild hook from Steigelmann.
Steigelmann throws a big overhand right that connects, sending DaCoca tumbling to the canvas!
It looks like Charles DaCoca has been cut.
Steigelmann slips nicely into half guard.

DaCoca tries to get to full guard but Steigelmann has control of the leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
DaCoca is working hard here to advance position.

DaCoca wants to improve his position but Steigelmann is controlling well.
Steigelmann is taking a breather. DaCoca says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Steigelmann wants to lay and pray for a moment but DaCoca keeps working.
DaCoca tries to roll over but Steigelmann keeps him under control.

DaCoca is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Steigelmann wants to control from the top but DaCoca keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

DaCoca slips a straight right by Steigelmann.
DaCoca throws an overhand right that lands on Steigelmann's shoulder, as Steigelmann tries to avoid the shot.

and DaCoca counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Gunnar Steigelmann has been cut.

Steigelmann fails with an attempt to clinch.
DaCoca ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
DaCoca takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Charles DaCoca's cut is getting worse.
Gunnar Steigelmann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steigelmann misses the shot to the body.
Steigelmann misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Steigelmann explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Steigelmann looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
DaCoca moves out of range as Steigelmann strikes.
Steigelmann tries to close the distance and clinch but DaCoca swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Steigelmann rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and DaCoca counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A low kick from Steigelmann misses
and DaCoca counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
DaCoca goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Steigelmann misses with a knee to the head.
DaCoca on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Steigelmann tries to throw a body punch but DaCoca avoids it by throwing Steigelmann back against the cage.
Steigelmann tried to land a shot to the body but connects with DaCoca's elbow.
A short body shot lands from DaCoca as the two fighters clinch.
DaCoca scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Steigelmann is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. DaCoca is defending well for now.
DaCoca misses with a punch to the body.
DaCoca goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
DaCoca pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
DaCoca lands with a nice body kick.
DaCoca uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Steigelmann.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gunnar Steigelmann dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Steigelmann misses with a low kick.
DaCoca wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Steigelmann throws an overhand right that lands on DaCoca's shoulder, as DaCoca tries to avoid the shot.
DaCoca thinks about countering with a head kick.
Steigelmann misses with a head kick.
Steigelmann throws an ugly left hook that misses
and DaCoca counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
DaCoca connects with an inside leg kick.
DaCoca lands with a cross.
Steigelmann takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
DaCoca avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
DaCoca swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
DaCoca sends Steigelmann crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! DaCoca is motioning to the referee to let Steigelmann up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Steigelmann is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steigelmann is looking to chop away at DaCoca's legs.
DaCoca throws a quick counter head kick but Steigelmann was just out of range.
Steigelmann is still on wobbly legs! Can DaCoca finish him?
Steigelmann is breathing heavily.
Steigelmann closes the distance looking to clinch
and DaCoca counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
