Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Logan Strauss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nolan Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Strauss kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Immigrant song-Led Zeppelin. The crowd seem to be enjoying Sackett's choice of entrance music: Bad To the Bone. Logan Strauss could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Nolan Sackett's chin.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett shoots for a double leg takedown but Strauss sprawls well. He's pushed Sackett's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sackett throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sackett throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Strauss sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sackett misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Strauss.
Nice defenses there by Strauss.
Sackett fails with the takedown.
Sackett sizes up Strauss with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Sackett shoots in looking for a takedown. Strauss tries to sprawl out of it but Sackett keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Strauss manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Logan Strauss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nolan Sackett.

Sackett tries to clinch but Strauss moves out of range.
Sackett fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Sackett lands a really nice looking cross but Strauss seems unphased.

Strauss fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sackett manages to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sackett takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Strauss drives through with a takedown into guard.
Strauss avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Sackett throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Strauss escapes and throws Sackett's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Sackett prevents Strauss from moving into mount.
Sackett wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Strauss has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Sackett's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Sackett is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Strauss!
