The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Putim looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Wonders with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Wonders lunges at Putim with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Putim's hand.

Wonders shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Wonders was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Putim bucks up and tries to throw Wonders off but instead Wonders has got his back!
Putim prevents Wonders from getting a body triangle.
Wonders lands with a hammerfist to the side of Putim's head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Wonders has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Putim is on him like a limpet, forcing Wonders back against the cage.

Wonders is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Putim can't fight it off and eventually Wonders manages to take the fight to the floor. Putim looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
